Possibility to object and delete

Because the collection of the data to provide the website is technically absolutely necessary, the user has no possibility of objecting and we on our side have not possibility to delete the data.  The IP address will be automatically deleted when you leave the website.

Server log files

The provider of the sites collects and stores automatically information in so called server log files. The reported data correspond to the data which are collected to provide the website.

Your IP address will be changed and thus anonymised when transferred into the server log files. A personalised allocation of the stored data is thereby no longer possible.

An aggregation of these data with other data sources is not carried out.

Basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR which permits the processing of data for contractual purposes or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Duration of  storage

Your IP address will be stored for the duration of the session. The deletion of the server log files is carried out on the same day.

The collected customer data are deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relation.  Statutory storage obligations remain unaffected.

Our website uses plugins of the site YouTube provided by Google.  Provider of the sites is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one our  pages that is fitted with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the servers of YouTube will be established . Thereby the YouTuve server is informed which of our pages you visited.

After having logged in  to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to allocate your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile.  You can prevent this from happening by logging out of your YouTube account.

The use of YouTube will only take place after the user of this website has given its explicit consent .
